Job Description



  • Work closely with Central Sales Manager to plan and conceptualize ideas/ways to increase PFL business within the region of your operation.

  • Work with Central Conversion Manager in monitoring progress of student journey towards achieving optimum customer satisfaction and building robust referral base for the branch.

  • Make presentations to prospective clients or organisations on PFL offers where required


Reporting:



  • Submission of daily/weekly/monthly branch report to Central Sales Manager.

  • Submission of weekly student allocation list to the Central Conversion Manager;

  • Send regular report on school visits to the Central Sales Manager and the Central Conversion Manager

  • Collate monthly service charge/registration records, prepare monthly requisition and send monthly petty expenditure report for the branch to the Finance Manager

  • Attend all scheduled management meetings and bring suggestions for improvement in the business.


Training:



  • Ensure that ALL branch staff attend all institutional training sessions liaising immediately with the HR and Training Manager if anyone fails to attend;

  • Keep a record of training attendance and send, on a weekly basis, to Training Manager and the HR Manager

  • Work with the Training Manager to ensure all personnel are trained to a very high standard in student counselling and recruitment;

  • Work closely with Central Sales Manager to ensure increase brand awareness, generate and develop new business opportunities and maximise branch revenue.


CRM:



  • Ensure that student record and receipt is generated on the CRM for all student who pay registration fee;

  • Ensure that PFL service terms and conditions are well communicated and understood by student and ensure that a student signed copy of the terms and conditions are well documented and kept for easy retrieval at any time of need.

  • Keep a daily record of all students who have been passed to the Conversion Team and ensure that counsellors follow up regularly and properly with conversion team and ensure proper communication of updates to clients while managing expectations from both students and university view points;

  • Ensure that PFL lead information is entered into the CRM on a daily basis;


Professional Experience



  • Minimum of 5 years with at least 3 years’ experience in educational agency

  • Experience in Marketing and also of knowlegde of Immigration processes

  • Considerable experience of coordinating operations within an organization.
