Recruitment Criteria
- Qualified Candidate must possess OND or B.Sc or HND or Certificate in Hospitality Management or its equivalent.
- Interested Candidate must be 25 years & above.
- Applicant must have at least Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a manager in a Quick Service Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.
- Required to work Early, Late or Night Shift.
- Only Candidate living close to the restaurant location should apply.
- Interested Candidate will work any 6 days out of 7 days in a week.
Assistant Manager
Main Duties
- To manage shift operations maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
- To assist in the overall management of the restaurant to ensure regulation of costs and the maximization of sales and profitability.
- To act as second-in-command and in partnership with the Restaurant Manager, to provide direction to both staff and management teams.
- Check that daily paperwork is being completed correctly by staff.
- Carry out Retail Audits on own shifts.
- Complete daily , weekly and monthly preventative maintenance checks.
- Ensure compliance to portion sizes and waste targets.
