Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos State
Job Brief: Our client, a reputed company in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) Industry is recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Care Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
- First-line interaction with customers to Ensure customer queries/requests/concerns attended, documented, and reported to management
- Follow-up with the relevant department should in case there is any delay, escalate at deviations
- Responsible for shop maintenance, and allied activities to ensure Service Standards are not compromised
- Ensure Daily Operational Reports are prepared and submitted in time
- Ensure efficient operations at the shop by coordinating remedies of issues affecting operations
- Ensure Customer Service attitude is exemplified by actions and initiatives
- Motivate contribution from colleagues to ensure Customer Delight
- Adopt standards for business activities/processes and ensure adherence
- Share improvisations with management that can be replicated at all locations/processes
- Customer Focused, Result oriented, Zeal for Initiative with Speed, Leadership quality and team Handling capacity, Energetic and Assertive, Customer query resolving skills, Excel Knowledge is a MUST
Job Requirement:
- 1 - 2years as a customer care Officer in an ISP/Telecom
- HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field
- Must possess good communication skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills to enable an easy flow with customers at all times
- Should have Planning and organizing skills
