Job Brief: Our client, a reputed company in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) Industry is recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Care Officer.


Job Responsibilities:



  • First-line interaction with customers to Ensure customer queries/requests/concerns attended, documented, and reported to management

  • Follow-up with the relevant department should in case there is any delay, escalate at deviations

  • Responsible for shop maintenance, and allied activities to ensure Service Standards are not compromised

  • Ensure Daily Operational Reports are prepared and submitted in time

  • Ensure efficient operations at the shop by coordinating remedies of issues affecting operations

  • Ensure Customer Service attitude is exemplified by actions and initiatives

  • Motivate contribution from colleagues to ensure Customer Delight

  • Adopt standards for business activities/processes and ensure adherence

  • Share improvisations with management that can be replicated at all locations/processes

  • Customer Focused, Result oriented, Zeal for Initiative with Speed, Leadership quality and team Handling capacity, Energetic and Assertive, Customer query resolving skills, Excel Knowledge is a MUST


Job Requirement:



  • 1 - 2years as a customer care Officer in an ISP/Telecom

  • HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field

  • Must possess good communication skills

  • Must have good interpersonal skills to enable an easy flow with customers at all times

  • Should have Planning and organizing skills
