Job Description




  • Engage and manage a pipeline of chemists (PPMVs), retail pharmacies and Hospitals and effectively communicate the benefits and values of Remedial Health

  • Learn and implement our unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed quarterly sales targets

  • Client training on use of Remedial Health’s platform and ordering process

  • Timely delivery of ordered products by your clients

  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territories

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Market research activities as mandated by the company

  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales and Work with new clients to ensure success

  • Review data and trends to support interpretation and strategy development

  • Support implementation of lead-generation strategies

  • Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events

  • Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies

  • Support development of new channels and account growth strategies

  • Customer account management, client success and re-activation of inactive clients

  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time


PERSON SPECIFICATION



  • Bachelor Degree, OND, HND

  • 1-3 years experience as a Medical Sales Representative

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a track record in Sales

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Superb time management and organisation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and most especially Excel

  • Possess a valid drivers' license
