In this role, you will manage product roadmaps and feature release cycles, as well as improve customer experiences through feedback. You will be required to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure prompt delivery and uptake of all assigned products. You will report to the Product & Design Lead.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Data team to gather insights on how to improve the products


• Manage the launch cycles for each of the products’ new features


• Build and maintain customer relationships and partnerships.


• Gather feedback on product uptake to improve customer experience


• Lead internal product audits for these products


• Conduct market research


• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to handle and resolve customer issues.


• Manage product road maps and releases.


• Understand product selling points.


• Identify and fill all product gaps.


• Collaborate with the Comms. and Marketing team to manage product launches.


• Represent the company at public events to promote product profitability and uptake.

About You

• A Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable university.


• Previous experience in a product development and/or management role.


• Proven product management ability.


• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.


• Excellent interpersonal skills.


• Exceptional leadership skills.


• A firm grasp of market trends and consumer preferences.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong planning and organizational abilities.


• Good grasp of how to use data to inform decisions
