PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Schedule appropriate training sessions
- Coordinate with Head Office HR + Location HR department for trainings
- Collecting the review of employees from Head Office HR +Location HR to liase with Corporate trainer
- Training evaluation
- Maintaining and updating training database
- Maintain hard and soft copies of all training related materials
- Recommed new topics
