PRIMARY FUNCTIONS



  • Schedule appropriate training sessions

  • Coordinate with Head Office HR + Location HR department for trainings

  • Collecting the review of employees from Head Office HR +Location HR to liase with Corporate trainer

  • Training evaluation

  • Maintaining and updating training database

  • Maintain hard and soft copies of all training related materials

  • Recommed new topics
