Job Description
Responsibilities
- To follow up with recipe and ensure production meet Eatrite/Herfy standard.
- Make sure that bread and other products are always produced to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations at all times
- Monitor work equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor to avoid brake down or disruption in the production.
- To prevent wastages, conduct routine monitoring of production resources, machinery, and personnel.
- Ensure availability of materials to avoid stock out e.t.c
Academic Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of OND and Maximum of HND.
- 2 years minimum of work experience, preferably in bread production.
excellent recipe knowledge for various types of bread, pastries, or baking methods.
- Paying close attention to details and working independently.
Salary
N30,000 - N50,000 monthly
