Responsibilities

• To follow up with recipe and ensure production meet Eatrite/Herfy standard.


• Make sure that bread and other products are always produced to a high standard.


• Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations at all times


• Monitor work equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor to avoid brake down or disruption in the production.


• To prevent wastages, conduct routine monitoring of production resources, machinery, and personnel.


• Ensure availability of materials to avoid stock out e.t.c

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND and Maximum of HND.


• 2 years minimum of work experience, preferably in bread production.
  
  excellent recipe knowledge for various types of bread, pastries, or baking methods.


• Paying close attention to details and working independently.

Salary

N30,000 - N50,000 monthly
