Job Description



Your responsibilities as Strategic Account Manager role at Videojet, include:



  • Business development and acquisition of new customers through partnering with our channel partners / distributors

  • Relationships at all levels up to and including the senior levels of our customers

  • Ability to prioritise and to work on both long term and short-term projects

  • Leading sales activity through KPI’s and using our corporate CRM (SalesForce.com)

  • Ability to discuss the progress of the forecast and the key projects on a weekly and monthly basis within the organisation

  • Secure and grow revenue within an agreed region by selling the VJ product range to existing and new customers with a collaboration with our channel partner

Your education and background experience will include:



  • A proven record in Account Management, ideally in Multinational Corporations, or has identified sales opportunities within their role

  • Ability to take ownership over a portfolio of customers

  • Good technical knowledge and either a) sales experience in industrial automation / engineering environments or b) field service engineer or similar, who understands industrial automation equipment and used to being customer facing and is looking to move into sales

  • Work in an agile manner both internally and externally

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be advantageous

  • Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills, an additional language would be a plus
