Job Description




  • Collate, analyze and report white product liftings data daily to PPMC to indicate key performance indicators and market share.

  • Perform cost build-up for all white products (PMS, AGO, ATK), Bitumen, LPFO and Base oil purchased both locally and internationally

  • Create purchase orders on SAP for all White Products, Bitumen, LPFO and Base oil imported and purchased locally.

  • Create partner exchanges on SAP for all products swapped with other marketers

  • Create purchase orders for non-supply related activities such as Depot operations and other fees.

  • Responsible for generating provisional cost build up for triggered product purchases 

  • Prepare and update weekly/Monthly supply/suppliers performance table for management decision making.

  • Prepare monthly supply mix and seasonalized supply mix 

  • Prepare monthly performance report for use by the reporting department, finance division

  • Prepare trigger report for reconciliation 

  • Analyze and report stock and re-order levels at company white product and LPFO depots.

  • Process import charges and custom duties for all imports

  • Attend reconciliation meetings with PPMC for regularization of PFI purchases.

  • Maintain relations with external bodies — Suppliers, DPR, NNPC, PPMC, Weights and Measures etc

  • Regular input and update of vessels information, all bulk purchases and triggers on the LYNKS platform for stock manager

  • Preparation of invoices for bulk sales initiated by the Supply Unit

  • Process Suppliers/Agents/Union Dues invoices by checking and verifying invoices, requesting approval from Department Heads/MD

  • Ensure vendor codes, goods receipt, sufficient provision and proper documentation are done to support the processing of invoices as required

  • Follow up on payment to ensure timely processing

  • Maintain comprehensive demurrage exposure file for all imported vessels from international suppliers and other 3rd parties

  • The nature of the downstream sector of the oil industry in Nigeria requires a constant need to collate and analyze reliable data in order to gather adequate information required for making sound Supply decisions.

  • The dynamic environment necessitates time-sensitive, business critical activities required for strong supply planning and deliver meet customer needs


Candidate profile



  • BSc in Social Sciences/Engineering with relevant industry experience

  • Good Numerical Ability, Organizational Skills and Attention to details

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years industry experience

  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work under little or no supervision.

  • Problem solving skills and collaborative mind set

  • Strong knowledge of SAP
