Job Description



The role involves :




  1. Receiving and processing purchase orders




  2. Issuing sales invoices




  3. Following up on payments from Customers




  4. Liaising with the Finance department to verify whether payments were received from customers and updating the systems accordingly for seamless delivery of orders




  5. Coordinated the end to end delivery of every order received




  6. Verifying orders, including customers' contact information and payment details




  7. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and understand order details, obtain missing information




  8. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records




  9. Compiling monthly sales reports and presenting weekly at team meetings progress of sales orders




  10. Effectively prioritizingprioritising orders and expediting orders through internal liaison




  11. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments




  12. Liaising with the Marketing coordinator to collect customer feedback post delivery




  13. Liaising with Customers and coordinating with the Marketing department for photography and videography post installation




  14. Liaise with the relevant department to ensure timely deliveries




  15. Liaising with relevant departments to coordinate the installation of orders before delivery




  16. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested




  17. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations




 


The ideal candidate:




  1. An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred




  2. Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role




  3. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills




  4. Advanced knowledge of Ms Office and proficient with spreadsheets




  5. Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping




  6. Familiarity with sales reports and sales records




  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills




  8. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills




  9. A team player with high level of dedication




  10. Ability to work under strict deadlines

Salary Range - N80,000 - N100,000
