Responsibilities



  • Attend to customers online via various platforms.

  • Attend to customers online via all platforms.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customers' complaints.

  • Processing orders, forms and requests.

  • Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / N.C.E / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.


Salary

N60,000 Monthly.
