Job Summary



  • We are looking to hire an experienced Digital Marketer / Business Developer with at least 3 years of relevant experience with tangible proof of converting prospects into clients, to join our team.

  • The Digital Marketer/Business Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and business development strategies that increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. This role will require a blend of skills in social media management, marketing, and business development.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all relevant platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, to increase engagement and drive business growth.

  • Create and manage a content calendar for social media channels, developing high-quality content that is engaging, on-brand, and targeted to specific audiences.

  • Monitor digital marketing channels and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop and implement lead generation and customer acquisition strategies to drive business growth.

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential business partners, identifying opportunities for new partnerships that can drive growth.

  • Analyze and report on digital marketing and business development metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and business development trends and technologies, and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and business development, preferably in a B2B setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful digital marketing and business development strategies.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools to track and analyze digital marketing and business development metrics.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and business development.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Salary

N80,000 monthly.
