Role summary



  • The ideal candidate is to help increase the company’s revenue by identifying profitable new business opportunities as well as develop long-term business growth strategies.


Job Duties



  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships to drive retention

  • Creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through the delivery of proposals and presentations

  • Set relevant performance outcomes(quarterly) for team members to ensure that targets are met

  • Understand category specific segments and trends in the recruitment landscape- working together with the BI team

  • Align with HR on sales training calendars and ensure constant training and coaching of the team, including ongoing performance management

  • Working together with the product team to ensure on going training for the teams on the various products

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of every deal, working with the Head of recruitment by creating a reporting cadence within your country Leading the sales team, and managing the current client base

  • Work with the marketing team on leads generation.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc in Business related discipline

  • 7 years+ proven track record and experience in sales including at least 3 years in a managerial position

  • Proven business development experience ideally in B2B context

  • Tech savvy, and comfortable with sales tools such as CRM and PowerBI

  • Deep analytical and data analysis skills Experience selling B2B digital products is highly desirable

  • Experience with marketplaces/ digital technology is highly desirable

  • Understanding of the H.R recruitment functions and value chain

  • Effective Spoken and written communication.
