Job Description
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager are as follows:
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Skills and Requirements
- B.Sc/ HND in Business Administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position with at least 2 years as a team lead or manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and customer service software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
