• E2E network optimization, e.g. RF, parameter and feature, capacity, traffic flow and management.


• Analyze the wireless network performance, provide KPI reports.


• Good Telecommunication knowledge with emphases on Wireless Network, especially for 4G Network Optimization.


• Prepare and audit technical solution, make sure feasibility


• Familiar with parameter and feature optimization in 4G network.


• Technical issue trace, discusses solution with R&D, and confirms the feasibility of solution.


• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.


• Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team.


• International work and multi related project experience is desired.


• Can summarize when sort out issue, and output case or product solution.


• Pass all the exams and join the necessary training.


• Have motility to learn new knowledge.


• Be on standby 24/7 for remote/office support as required.


• CEM development or delivery related project experience is an added advantage


• Provide an optimization solution for LTE and trace the solution to complete with operators.


• Design and plan wireless site for 2G/3G/4G network with simulation tool (added advantage).


• New feature testing, technical discussion, and integration troubleshooting support.


• Familiar with radio planning tool and optimization tools, use the tools to work in high efficiency way.

Technical Skills:

• The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:


• Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in telecom or equivalent degree 


• At least 3 years of experience in 4G network optimization.


• Swap experience will be considered.


• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team.


• Strong leadership, team and project management skills and experience with a variety of telecom projects.


• International work and multi project experience is desired.


• Able to do the network trouble shooting independently


• Network planning using tools, U-Net, Genex Cloud, Map info/QGIS etc.


• Able to do the network trouble shooting independently

• Ability to work day, evening or night shifts and holidays as required


• Good verbal and communication skills
