Job Description
Responsibility
- Provide pre-sales support for smart PV products, supervise installation, commissioning, grid-tied, and acceptance, and manage subsequent maintenance and product technical issues.
- Provide customers with technical support for smart PV products through remote or on-site services.
- Develop and implement the technical implementation solution of smart PV products, manage related technical issues, and communicate with customers about technologies.
- Be responsible for technical contact and skill transfer between
Requirements;
Education degree:
- Bachelor's degree or above
Specialization:
Knowledge and skills:
The following may be Acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in telecom or equivalent degree
- 3 years of experience in Electricity Systems
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team.
- International work and multi project experience is desired.
- Able to do the network trouble shooting.
- Taking correct procedures in following up issues, reason for the fault occurrences and their prevention mechanism.
- Able to provide pre-sale support
- BE responsibility for the Risk management.
- BE responsibility for the Requirement management.

Working Environment / Conditions
- Work environment: Computer based working environment
- International and Domestic travel required from time to time
- Standby duties are required.
