Job Description



Primary Objectives of the Role



  • Develop relevant policies and create administrative processes as well as school events.

  • Oversee the overall people-management procedures and the day-to-day operations across the organizations

  • Promote relationship engagement amongst internal, and external customers and stakeholders as well as resolve conflict and other issues as they occur.

  • Manage facilities and staff and act as a point of reference for everyone in the school.

  • Promote the corporate vision, mission, values, and culture at a strategic and operational level to drive existing, and new TLP/TLPC initiatives.

  • Support and monitor quality academic processes.

  • Provide a full range of general support to the Director and assist with policy formulation or implementation, high standards and school improvement.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in humanities, education or any other discipline from a reputable institution.

  • MBA or Master's Degree is an added advantage.


Relevant Experience:



  • Proven experience in school leadership

  • Awareness of, and practice of the Montessori philosophy

  • Experience as a School Administrator

  • Knowledge of administrative processes of schools


Professional Qualifications:



  • Professional Certification in Administration, Human Resource Management or other related field of study.

  • Professional Certification in Montessori
