  • Prospecting and generating new leads (online, networking, events, etc.)

  • Responding promptly to inbound enquiries.

  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.

  • Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Consulting with clients to understand their needs.

  • Preparing quotations and reports on marketing activities and budget.

  • Guiding prospective clients through the sales process.

  • Regular achievement of targets.

  • Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward

  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.

  • Managing client relationships, satisfaction and expectations.


Requirements



  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

  • 2 - 3 years of work experience.

  • Proven work experience in marketing.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office

  • Self-motivated, sound marketing and prospecting skills in breaking new business grounds.

  • Passionate about meeting and surpassing sales targets.

  • Good reporting and follow-up skills

  • Sound negotiation and convincing skills

  • Excellent in mapping out sales strategies.
