We are hiring a reliable and efficientOffice Assistant/Janitor who will be responsible for performing administrative and routine clerical tasks as well as running errands.
Responsibilities
Maintain a regular cleaning schedule of office and office equipment
Running errands within and outside of the office on daily basis
Handle organizational and minor clerical support task
Monitor and maintain office supplies.
Perform work related errands as requested.
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Perform other assignments as necessary to ensure that the office runs properly.
Job Requirements
Strictly for candidates with maximum of qualification of SSCE / NECO / Diploma or OND Holder in term of academic qualification (No B.Sc or Higher Qualifications to apply for this position)
