What we’ll expect from you
- In typical early-stage company fashion, you will do a lot of things, but here’s an outline of what your day-to-day will look like, and some of the personal wins you can score here.
You will:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that reflects who we are, our mission and the customers we serve.
- Create high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, articles, videos, social media content, and more. Your content must be published with the aim to achieve an outlined business objective.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and use insights to optimize content and inform future content initiatives.
- You must identify new ways to tell our stories, whether that’s through influencers, social channels or emerging platforms.
- You will have a finger on the pulse, identifying relevant and exciting trends and cultural moments, leveraging data to tell larger stories about how consulting is shaping the world. You’ll also bring a deep understanding of technology, business and the gig economy, as well as an understanding of how to make impact by leveraging strong press relationships and developing creative storytelling moments.
- Inspire team members to be champions of the brand by being the first example.

- You have outstanding writing and problem-solving skills and must be able to work collaboratively across multiple teams, organizations, and geographies.
- You bring a track record for telling outstanding stories with thoughtful strategy, supporting viral moments and campaigns, and are attuned to cultural trends at large.
- You have solid experience supporting Marketing and other key company leaders to amplify stories and campaigns
We have strong preferences for someone who:
- Is uncompromisingly service-minded towards our customers and teammates, but able to set and achieve priorities that find the perfect balance between benefiting our customers, the team and investors.
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism or a related field.
- Has a thriving TikTok, Instagram, Twitter or Linkedin community.
- is comfortable in front of the camera and a virtual audience.
- Has an excellent command of the English language.
- Can move with ambiguity, knows how to get early feedback and publish fast.
- Has found a hack for curing writers’ block.
- Can clearly articulate their thoughts and express strong opinions.
- Has experience in brand storytelling, journalism, or content marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful content strategies.
- Has strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Has experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Has strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Has knowledge of B2B marketing and sales processes is a plus.
