Candidate Profile

• We are looking for a candidate that will be responsible for overseeing the milling operations and ensure compliance with quality specifications while meeting and achieving the set targets for output in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.


• The candidate must put into recognition environmental impact assessment as it relates to dust and spillages, noise and moving parts and equipment.


• The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years- experience in a manufacturing/Production setting.

Job Role

• Ensure the crushing milling machine and its surroundings are kept clean at all times in compliance with the safety, health and environment standards.


• Monitor the operation of the crushing milling machine to identity any unusual sound or variation and notify the maintenance team to avoid any breakdown or downtime.


• Safely and skillfully operate the milling machine following all standard equipment procedures.


• Operate the hummer mill from the control panel correctly and safely at all times.


• Maintain equipment in proper operating condition by performing simple preventive maintenance and repair tasks.


• Monitor the de-hulling machine to ensure its effectiveness.


• Adhere to strict safety standards and follow proper machinery procedure.


• Notify management of any supply needs/low supply stock.


• Maintain organization and labeling of supplies and storage areas for maximum efficiency


• Ensure that the cleanliness of the store is maintained to the highest standards and according to current legal directives by the Health Department and other relevant governmental agencies.

Essential Qualification:

• BSC/HND in Food Technology.


• 2-5 years of experience in Food Processing Sector.


• Must be able to operate a milling machine.


• Must have studied in the line of Food Technology.


• The candidate must be staying in Lagos.
