Job Summary
Market products by developing and implementing sales, marketing and advertising campaigns; generate sales lead, tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory and writing report.
Responsibilities
- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
- Negotiating and interfacing with businesses to increase sales.
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
- Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Creating and developing new innovative ways of market repositioning
- Facilitate and grow customer acquisition, revenue and market share
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
- Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Plans meetings; identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to increase sales.
Requirements and Experience
- B.Sc in Marketing, Economics or any related discipline or its equivalent in experience.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in marketing, sales or in a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Required Skills
- Great communication and negotiation skill
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of sales and marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
