As our Executive Director, International Programmes, you will lead an exceptional team of 750 talented staff, working with our partners to develop and deliver WaterAid UK's country programmes in Africa and South Asia.

• You will provide leadership across the WaterAid federation to develop our overall portfolio of work and the standards that support this.


• Responsible for a budget of circa £60 million, you will oversee our ambitious strategy for growth and diversity in restricted funding, and our partnerships with institutional donors.


• As a member of the WaterAid UK Directors team and federation Global Executive, you will be jointly responsible for the wider leadership, management and development of the organisation.
