Job Description
We are looking to hire a human resource generalist with experience in organizational design to execute and support, HR related OD interventions and change management initiatives applying sound organization development methods and advises on complex HR initiatives/realignments involving aspects of change management and/or organizational development
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR practices/initiatives which encourage employee engagement and involvement
- Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Creating on boarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
- Support the implementation of HR policies
Skills and Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian Labour laws
- Minimum of 3 years’ Human Resources Management Experience
- Organisational Design experience
- HR certification is an additional advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
