Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead, direct & effectively supervise the entire employee on all routine functions & business process.

  • Manage the Sound Knowledge in Safety related to Forklift activities.

  • Ensure Working area is Clean & Sound- best practice of engineering

  • Ensure Daily Operations of Forklifts.

  • Ensure Preventive Maintenance is Carried in time. Such as: Daily Check List, Weekly Check List, Monthly & Quarterly Check list, Annual Maintenance Plan

  • Ensure Cleaning & Lubrication of machine all the time.

  • Trouble shooting & repairing of Forklift before a major breakdown.

  • Ensure all critical parts & preventive maintenance parts are available 100%

  • Tracking each Forklift Performance.

  • Ensure proper documentations are maintained such as: Safety requirements, Operation standards, Pm Documents, History Cards, AMC reports, Forklift Performance reports etc.

  • Daily performance report generation. (Checking the use of ERP for activity)

  • Developing Team skills and improving Forklifts systems.

  • Working Closely with Forklift team & Other Cross Functional team to ensure customer satisfaction are met 100%


Requirements



  • BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering or in any related Discipline

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar job profile.

  • Valid Driving License.

  • Proven Industrial driving skills and the correct licenses to operate forklifts in a warehouse safely and legally.

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to follow proper safety procedures

  • Ability to pass a background test & Psychometric

  • Ability to maintain a safe working area

  • Knowledge of basic forklift maintenance

  • Great organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of Computer especially Excel, so as to maintain all records and send Emails.
