Job Description
You will be responsible for :
- Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
- Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
- Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
- Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Qualification and Requirement
- You have at least 4 year experience within a Business Manager or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Renewable Energy industry.
- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
