Job Responsibilities



  • The ideal candidate will be in charge of overseeing all administrative tasks in the school and ensure the school runs smoothly.

  • Develop and run educational programs

  • Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public

  • Attend meetings and scheduling appropriate staff team building sessions.

  • Ensure budget and resources are well allocated.

  • Keep track of student successes and failures and preparing appropriate interventions.

  • Manage school security, caretakers, and other ground staff

  • Assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new teachers

  • Assist in the creation of the school curriculum

  • Implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education (e.g. building renovations, new guidelines for students)


Requirements And Skills



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Administration or relevant field

  • At least 3-5 years proven experience as Head of Administration in a school environment

  • Knowledge of administrative processes of schools

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, management

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite

  • Ability to work independently and reliably

  • Good judgment and decision-making aptitude

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Good attention to details

  • Discretion and confidentiality
