Job Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will provides support and assistance to students and supervises them in and outside the classroom


• Ensure classrooms are safe and clean


• Assist teachers with various tasks, like lesson preparation, grading assignments and informing parents of their children’s progress


• Help students adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioral issues


• Track student attendance and class schedules


• Attend faculty meetings and parent conferences


• Escort and supervise students in field trips and school activities

Requirements And Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field


• A minimum of 8 years’ experience as a teaching assistant or similar role.


• Good understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload


• Good attention to details


• Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
