Job Summary

• We are looking to hire an innovative and experienced Shop Sales Officer who is ready to propel our organization towards growth.

Job Duties

• Understand customers need and offer solutions and support


• Organize and coordinate sales assistant schedules


• Receives reports on all sales


• Supervise sales assistant and shop assistant


• Communicate corporate safety policy and ensure it is being adhered to


• Manage inventory


• Train staff


• Oversee day to day running of the shop


• Responsible for daily and weekly accounting and records.


• Supervise the activities of the other staff members


• Facilitate retail operation


• Track sales metric


• Assist sales assistant to meet and exceed goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND


• Minimum of 1 year experience


• Excellent communication skills


• Team spirit
