In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior UX Designer to ensure that designs meet user needs, business objectives, and brand standards.

In this role you'll

• Design user-friendly websites with a focus on usability and aesthetics.


• Collaborate with the Senior UX Designer and other stakeholders to gather requirements, user feedback, and business objectives.


• Create moodboards, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.


• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs.


• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web design, UX, and UI.

Requirements

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in web design and UX/UI design.


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.


• Strong design skills, with a focus on user-centered design and usability.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions that balance user needs and business objectives.


• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.


• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.


• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
