Job Description



The Product Marketing Manager will drive the marketing strategy for Duplo’s products and will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research and developing product positioning to drive customer acquisition and retention.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of Duplo’s products

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the possible competitive landscape

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience

  • Optimize and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine optimization and social media

  • Manage, track and analyze key metrics to monitor customer acquisition, revenue/brand performance/engagement , customer retention  and create strategies for improvement.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our (prospective) users and their motivations

  • Become an expert on our customer acquisition channels, funnels and marketing stack 

  • Identify and prioritize growth experiments - e.g. optimize existing channels, and discover new ones 

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing campaigns and inform future strategies - Conversion Rates, Customer Lifetime Value, Return on Ad Spend, etc

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives

  • Manage a budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred

  • 5 years of product marketing experience in the fintech space

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles

  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and events

  • A strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to apply insights from this to optimize campaigns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing strategies

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO

  • Proven experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
