- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or any other related field.
- 3-5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR
- Good leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Driving and championing sales initiatives.
- Proactiveness in addressing operational issues.
- Meeting and surpassing the daily sales target.
- Good customer service skills.
- A problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box and implement actions as soon as possible.
