Responsibilities
- Support and advise on logistic operations activities of the Operations.
- Support and coaches Logistics Unit on a timely and cost-efficient delivery of tasks and duties.
- Prepare the logistics movement reports.
- Supervise, guide and train (new) logistics personnel on proper management and record keeping.
- Support and advise on transport requirements; duties of drivers ensuring timely services, issuing fuel, recording log-books and maintenance and repair/recovery of vehicles, among other related activities.
- Work in close collaboration with every department for the maintenance of office premises and related office equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure that office premises are maintained and necessary repairs and maintenance (e.g. electricity, water supply, etc.) are carried out in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- First Degree from a recognized institution of learning.
- Technical and Professional expertise of 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in facilities and logistics.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Communication and problem solving skills.
