Job Brief

• We are looking to hire an innovative and experienced Shop sales officer who is ready to propel our organization towards growth.

Duties

• Understand customers need and offer solutions and support.


• Organize and coordinate sales assistant schedules.


• Receives reports on all sales.


• Supervise sales assistant and shop assistant.


• Communicate corporate safety policy and ensure it is being adhered to


• Manage inventory.


• Train staff.


• Oversee day to day running of the shop.


• Responsible for daily and weekly accounting and records.


• Supervise the activities of the other staff members.


• Facilitate retail operation.


• Track sales metric.


• Assist sales assistant to meet and exceed goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND.


• Minimum of 1 year experience.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Team spirit.
