Job Responsibilities



  • The brand & user story manager will be responsible for adapting a brand strategy for the company's target market, developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.

  • As the 'brand guardian', you will  maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, help shape the  company’s outward image by uncovering consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns and manage a portfolio of products focused on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.   


Job Description



  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission

  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

  • Work with the marketing team on brand initiatives

  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”

  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

  • Devise innovative growth strategies

  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.


Experience & Expertise



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management

    Proven ability to work cross-functionally

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Strong communication & analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.

  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices 

  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and 

  • Proven track record of building, bringing to market and scaling digital products and services

  • Digitally savvy and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and work productivity tools.
