To provide a professional support function to the HR Business Partnering team.
Supporting HR Business Partners in the delivery of workforce projects in support of the overall strategic aims of HROD and the Directorates across the Council
Taking ownership of a range of HROD projects such as the end-to-end delivery of workforce redesign and restructuring projects, complex employee relations casework, organizational development project delivery, and policy implementation.
Acting as a subject matter expert, advising senior managers on service design principles, stakeholder engagement, and overall project management of workforce change activities.
Undertake Job Evaluation assessments and quality assurance to ensure accurate assessment to maintain a robust pay policy framework.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 - 6 years relevant work experience.
