Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations


• Design strategy and set goals for growth


• Proven customer service experience


• Stock management and good procurement ability


• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance


• Direct the employee assessment process


• Prepare regular reports for upper management


• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc / BA in Business or relevant field


• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Manager or similar executive role in the food and beverage industry


• Experience in planning and budgeting


• Strong analytical ability


• Excellent communication skills


• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills


• Problem-solving aptitude


• Must recide in close proximity to Lagos Island.
