Our client is desirous to employ a Technical Manager to manage the conceptualizing, development, implementation and maintenance of our security technology systems and processes, including troubleshooting any potential issues and resolving it.

Successful Candidate will be responsible for making key decisions that relate to continuous improvement within all areas of technical operations, and managing the installation teams, project-specific as too general.

This Integrated Security Systems Technical team member will be responsible for delivery of Integrated Security Systems and will work closely with our delivery teams, project managers, third parties and clients.

This management-level team member will lead teams on projects which require technical expertise in areas such as CCTV, video analytics, access control, entrance control, perimeter security systems as well as fire-detection, intrusion alarm and various other related security systems, reporting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible overseeing the design, installation, integration, and maintenance of the company's high-tech security systems


• Have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously


• Ensuring systems are fully functional and all stakeholders / client requirements are met.


• Collaborate with project team to provide technical expertise and guidance on security systems and technology.


• Assists on-site with installing and configuring new systems, software, components, and hardware in areas requiring security control.


• Provides primary subject matter expertise in all phases of delivery, Implementation, testing and training.


• Provides technical guidance on how to integrate new technologies with existing systems.

Qualifications

• AUTOCAD proficient in design, plotting, adjusting and publishing final drawings


• Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.


• Must possess strong communication skills with the ability to work well with others in a team environment.


• 5+ years of experience as a technical lead in an integrated security systems organization in Nigeria with an expert knowledge of ELV systems hardware, software, networking, and physical security systems.


• Expert knowledge of Electric fencing


• Strong technical knowledge of wireless, radio and CCTV systems.


• Advance knowledge of alarm monitoring systems & access control systems


• Knowledge of Solar powered solutions and power-consumption calculations


• Strong knowledge of perimeter-, intrusion detection and biometric identification systems
