Our client is a growing food retail and wholesale business based in Victoria Island, Lagos with a view to physical and online operations. They are looking to have on board, an experienced dynamic and motivated candidate to engage as Sales and Marketing Manager who will be part of senior management.

Responsibilities

• Work with external consultants to develop implement and monitor all sales and marketing plans, to include traditional methods, Digital online and direct marketing.


• Work with the General Manager and other stake holders to develop and implement inhouse promos, new and innovative ideas for products and services and generally enhance customer satisfaction


• Supervise and support external sales agents and partner sales outlets

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.


• Minimum of 8 years working experience in sales and marketing with the least three years being in a middle to senior management position in a structured organization.

Pre-requisites

• Complete grasp and knowledge of. Social media, digital marketing and traditional marketing media to include print, electronic and outdoor


• Working knowledge of Microsoft office


• Outgoing, Dynamic, friendly and customer-oriented personality.


• Ability to institute, develop and implement programs unsupervised.
