Responsibilities



  • Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients or other external partners.

  • Managing the CEO’s calendars, setting up meetings and making appointments.

  • Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.

  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements, when needed.

  • Take minutes during meetings.

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for the CEO.

  • Reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails.


Requirements



  • Minimum of B.Sc.

  • 1 - 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant.

  • Proven experience working for a start-up.

  • Passion or experience in the education sector.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational/record keeping skills.

  • Proficiency in Canva and Powerpoint.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail.
