JOB BRIEFS


An Industry Leading company, with coworking spaces and a tech hub, is looking for a talented Community manager to help grow their community by creating a great member experience while executing PR, front of the office, events, and operational tasks with excellence.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Answer customers’ questions and provide information on all company services including co-working, social and lifestyle services

  • Respond to all inbound/walk-in calls/inquiries and forward on to relevant parties as and when applicable

  • Complete membership transactions and onboard paid members with access cards and other needed tools.

  • Process new member applications and fees· Provide concierge services inclusive of mail handling, member services etc.

  • Provide dedicated support to ensure all secretarial and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively· Liaising with management and staff regarding administrative matters.

  • Keeping track of occupancy and payment records including and not limited to invoicing daily transactions and managing petty cash.· Raising requisitions for expenditure

  • Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture.

  • Scheduling and managing meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events.

  • Making travel arrangements, coordinating conference calls, and handling RSVPs for events.

  • Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information and correspondence.

  • Co-create events and ensure there is a good balance of education, member appreciation, and lead-generating/sales-related events

  • Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and personal introductions in line with profit objectives.

  • Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction


REQUIREMENTS



  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in a Social Science·

  • 3 years of Administrative/relevant work experience·

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills – friendly, diplomatic and assertive when required·

  • Have Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills·

  • Can work under your own initiative·

  • Have a keen eye for detail with an ability to see the bigger picture·

  • Have a strong sense of need for achievement of goals and successes·

  • Demonstrated project management skills·

  • Highly technically capable.

  • Able to understand and work with the variety of hardware and software applications that our space depends on·

  • Experience managing corporate social media campaigns· Experience with written content generation in a business environment and basic graphic design skills are a plus·

  • Passion for our entrepreneurial community
