Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from sales/ marketing campaigns


• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls and emails


• Present our company to potential clients


• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services


• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction


• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients (CRM)


• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market


• Create frequent reviews and reports with marketing and financial data


• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results


• Report feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Qualification/Experience

• HND/BSC related/relevant field


• 1-3 years experience in Marketing


• Must be goal-oriented

Skill/Competence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Professional attitude and appearance


• Solid written and verbal communication skills


• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks


• Customer service attitude
