Job Description

• Coordinates daily front office and back end of the restaurant operations.


• Organise and supervise shifts.


• Respond efficiently and accurately to customers.


• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Ensuring compliance to raw materials standards through maintenance of good suppliers control.

Ensuring compliance to products quality standards in terms of recipe and processing.

Sampling appraisal of both products and raw materials.

Monitoring and assisting the operational staff where necessary in the course of discharging their duties.
