  • This role reports directly into the Head of Sales and there is opportunity for significant growth into the various leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities



  • Form new partnerships with a focus on driving referrals to Prospa

  • Drive net-new revenue growth by generating signups & activations

  • Become trusted partner managers

  • Engage with businesses/founders at both in-person events & on zoom

  • Develop strategic plans on how to close more companies and generate more revenue by expanding our global partner footprint

  • Focus on self-development with daily training and enablement

  • Work closely with marketing to drive the content needed to be successful


Skills & Qualifications



  • 2+ years working a the venture space, tech space or in other partnership roles in tech 

  • Experience with targets 

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25-40% of your time to partners and external meetings

  • Experience working with accounting firms, VC’s, and/or accelerators. 

  • Familiarity working in a global environment and building intercontinental relationships

  • Self-starter with strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical, sales, and collaboration skills

  • Goal-oriented, driven, and experienced in networking and influencing decision makers

  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas

  • Highly encouraged to be a graduate
