Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Team building, motivation, and retention
- Actively participate in the recruitment training and induction of trainees
- Provide market insight and direction for team members in penetrating and gaining new markets.
- Record keeping and weekly reporting of marketing activities etc.
- Provide financial advice to clients on retirement planning, investment, and protecting against risks.
- Generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customized financial proposals. You should thereafter discuss and market insurance options that suit their needs up to date with the latest products and their benefits and inform clients of these offerings, offer specialized guidance and advice on areas of concern that would empower people to live better lives.

Job Requirement:
- A BSc/HND from any discipline (Adequate training will be provided). ND holders with proven sales experience can apply also.
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales/work experience in Insurance services is a prerequisite.
Remuneration:
- Monthly allowance with performance-based commissions.
