Responsibilities
Comparative Market Analysis:
- Present insights on real estate market trends, competition mapping, market growth, fundamentals, research, and economic conditions and provide data-based inputs on investments, trends, and projections to the management on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Strategically compare products specific, features, and designs with competition to determine decision making – present analysis report monthly.
- Monitor and analyze commercial and residential real estate market investment conditions using past data, research, trends, and records
Research Planning Development:
- Develop and Formulate research plans/proposals prior to commencing research.
- Design questionnaires and organize surveys and interviews in accordance with requirements and objectives in the proposal and scope of work
- Provide insights on advertising campaigns strategy/approach to the business.
- Develop research tools that assist Company Investments in prioritizing target markets and submarkets for potential real estate investments.
- Support the Sales & Marketing unit with insights on investment, sales/marketing/product analysis to drive the decision-making process
Research & Reporting Analytics:
- Develop and present qualitative and quantitative research reports with direction for insights.
- Develop, and coordinate strategic research studies to determine the focus groups’ diverse opinions on products and services.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting the state of the industry, competitors, trends, threats, and opportunities.
Data Generation:
- Conduct online desktop research and gather data from sources such as online journals, newspapers, forums, review websites, and property sites.
- Conduct comparative market analysis on ongoing projects against competitive projects (pricing, structure, etc.).
- Develop, maintain, and protect electronic databases of the target focus groups.
- Identify targeted clients, and develop and manage database of focused group.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- 3 - 5 years work experience.
