Description 

• The SEN Teacher will support students who require specialized learning and collaborate with the Class Teachers to ensure learning goals are met.


• The job holder will educate learners who face physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities.

Duties

• Assess student's skills and determine their educational needs


• Adapt general lessons to meet student's needs


• Develop Individualised Education Programs (IEPs) for the students


• Follow through with the IEP to ensure learning goals are met


• Offer a periodic review of IEP delivery, advise changes where necessary


• Meet with parents and guardians to evaluate learners' progress

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE qualification.
