Job Description



Responsibilities:




  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records




  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies




  • Analyze inventory data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement




  • Work with the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt and shipment of inventory




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory documentation and records




  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper accounting treatment of inventory




  • Assist with other projects and initiatives as needed




Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management,  accounting or a related field is preferred.




  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment




  • Proficient in inventory management software and Google sheet




  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team




  • Familiarity with beauty and wellness products and inventory management is a plus
