As a Sales Manager, you'll work with the Head of Sales to generate revenue for the organization.
You would also be tasked with ensuring that sales executives/officers are productive and demonstrate high sales performance to meet customer acquisition and revenue targets.
Job Objectives
Hit individual sales targets.
Generate ‘sales qualified leads’ consistently.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base.
Report weekly sales activities/leads to the Head of Sales and regularly update the company’s Sales CRM tool.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification.
At least 5 years of experience working with B2B including extensive experience in Business development, revenue generation, growth, and Nigerian market.
B2B sales experience in the SaaS industry will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in consistently meeting or exceeding targets in previous employment.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and sales expertise.
Good Knowledge of HubSpot and Microsoft office tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
Vast sales experience in South West and Northern regions of Nigeria is greatly desired.
Great leadership skills.
Optimistic and hands-on.
Great convincing and negotiation skills.
