Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase company revenue and profitability, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market.


• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.


• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.


• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.


• Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.


• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.


• Negotiating and closing deals with clients.


• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and market trends.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


• 3 - 11 years work experience.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients


• Excellent presentation and proposal development skills


• Strong negotiation and closing skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software


• Willingness to travel as required.

Salary

N350,000 - N600,000 monthly
